The following explains, in complete detail, the rules of the drawing and how to have your name entered to win one of the three Grand Prizes from True Health Chiropractic:

You do not have to be a current patient of True Health Chiropractic to be eligible to refer new patients and enter this giveaway.

Doing Each Of These Items Gets You 10 Tickets (30 Tickets Possible)

  1. Refer a New Patient to our office (patient must receive an exam at minimum).
  2. Set up a Free Lunch and Learn at your work (we bring lunch to a group and deliver a 20 minute power session teaching the keys to True Health).
  3. Recruit a sponsor for The BIG Grand Re-Opening to donate a prize in the contest.

Doing Each Of These Items Gets You 5 Tickets (20 Tickets Possible)

  1. Attend the Grand Re-Opening.
  2. Bring a friend to the Grand Re-Opening.
  3. Attend one of our weekly workshops (Tuesdays 6 pm).
  4. Get a 1 hour self pay massage.

Doing Each Of These Items Gets You 2 Tickets (12 Tickets Possible)

  1. Do a new review on Google, or Facebook. We have separate pages for each office so there are 4 total opportunities. (8 tickets max)
  2. Get an adjustment.
  3. Put up a flyer for the Grand Re-Opening at your work and take a picture of yourself with it.

Referred patients must schedule an appointment and complete their appointment NO LATER THAN November 29, 2022. The winning entry will be chosen on November 30, 2022.

A patient referred for the purposes of this giveaway cannot be a current patient of True Health Chiropractic.

If you are not a current patient of True Health Chiropractic, you may refer yourself as a qualifying new patient for the purpose of entry.

Employees, vendors, contractors and other service providers for True Health Chiropractic, and their families, are ineligible to enter this giveaway.
